Our goal as Trigger-Point Release Specialists is to release locked muscles using methods such as Active Release (ART), Traeggers, Swedish, and Esalen. We serve clients with varying pain levels, including those with muscular sclerosis, fibromyalgia, post-polio, carpal-tunnel, locked necks, frozen shoulders, and more. With a deep understanding of anatomy, we work on the muscles responsible for the pain, providing effective and pain-free deep-tissue work.
